Try this delicious high-protein breakfast smoothie using our Kaló Authentic Greek Yoghurt for the perfect way to kick start an active day. Using Kaló gives the smoothie a thick and creamy consistency, while the banana and medjool dates give it an irresistible caramel taste!
Ingredients
1 cup Meadow Fresh milk
1/2 cup Kaló Authentic Greek Yoghurt
1 small banana, frozen
3 medjool dates
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 serve of your favourite plain/vanilla protein powder
Method
Blend all ingredients in a blender for approximately one minute (or until smooth).
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
